                                ORDINANCE NO. 9651
                   
                   
                   AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A CITY OF 
                   CHATTANOOGA SEWER EASEMENT PRESENTLY LOCATED 
                   UNDER BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO, 5659 BRAINERD ROAD, 
                   AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby 
       abandoned a City of Chattanooga sewer easement presently located 
       under Blockbuster Video, 5659 Brainerd Road, more particularly 
       described herein, and as shown on a plat attached hereto and made 
       a part hereof by reference:
            City sewer easement (Deed Book 1104, page 59), located 
            in Lot 9, Revised Terra Queen Extension Subdivision, as 
            per Plat Book Block 47, page 4, and shown on Hunnicutt 
            Map No. 157K-J-28, beginning at a point four (4) feet 
            east of the west property line and running approximately 
            175 feet to the terminus of the existing line.
            
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance 
       shall be effective two weeks from and after its passage as 
       provided by law.
